Our services include our website, ParkWorldRadio.com, our streaming radio station, and other platforms such as Discord, Patreon, PayPal donations, and third-party links where you can access our content.

2. Services

Park World Radio offers:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice. All original content provided by Park World Radio, including branding, graphics, website content, and recordings created by the station, is our intellectual property. Music and other content broadcast through our services is licensed for personal listening and remains the property of the respective rights holders.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to submit voice messages.

Listeners under 18 may access public content but may not submit voice messages or participate in content submission.

4. Licensing

Park World Radio’s broadcast licensing is managed through Live365, which holds the necessary agreements with performing rights organizations, including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, SoundExchange, Alltrack, Word Collections, SOCAN, ReSound, PPL, PRS, SOMEXFON, and EMMAC SACM Digital ES. These licenses cover the music and content broadcast on our station.

All music streamed through our services—including our embeddable player, web app, or third-party platforms like Live365—is licensed for personal listening only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or public performance of music or other content is strictly prohibited.

7. Voice Messages

By submitting a voice message, you grant Park World Radio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submission across any platform we operate, including social media and marketing campaigns.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to submit voice messages.

8. Patreon Support

If you support us on Patreon, your first name or username may be listed on our Support Page on our website and may also be mentioned on-air during broadcasts. By supporting us, you consent to this public display and on-air mention.

Supporters may request removal or updates to their information, or opt out of on-air mentions, by contacting info@parkworldradio.com.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Park World Radio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including service interruptions, errors, or reliance on third-party content.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
